  • To set up mobile Internet on your iPad Air you can either download and install a fix directly on your device or configure your device manually by following the steps set out in the tutorial below.

The easiest way is to install a direct fix by following these steps;

1. Make sure your mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
2. Open the Internet browser on your mobile device.
3. Go to the following URL: https://salt-ch.qelp.com/resources/en-uk/ios/internet-apn.mobileconfig
4. Click on Ā«InstallĀ» to install the fix.

  • Go to the Start screen.
  • Choose Settings.

  • Choose Cellular Data.

  • Enable Cellular Data if this option is not enabled.
    If Cellular Data is enabled, go to the next step.

  • Choose APN Settings.

Under CELLULAR DATA:

  • Under APN, enter internet. In case you are using a prepaid phone, enter internet.
  • Under Username, enter nothing.
  • Under Password, enter nothing.

  • The iPad Air has been configured for mobile internet.
  • Return to the Start screen.

  • Switch the iPad Air off and then on again to ensure the new settings are activated.
  • You can now start using the Internet.
