  • Go to the Start screen.
  • Choose Apps.

  • Choose Settings.

  • Scroll down.
  • Under USER AND BACKUP, choose Backup and reset.

  • Choose Factory data reset.

  • Choose Reset device.

  • Choose Erase everything.
