  • Go to the Start screen.
  • Choose Apps.

  • Choose Settings.

  • Scroll down.
  • Choose Backup and reset.

  • Optional: under Google account, choose Back up my data and choose an option.

  • Scroll down.
  • Choose Factory data reset.

  • Choose RESET DEVICE.

  • Choose DELETE ALL.
